Lake Erie Adventure Company was born when combing the Brady’s passion for the outdoors with decades-long experience in hospitality and real estate development.

Meet the Team

Lisa Brady

***Mom of three beautiful girls, active outdoor enthusiast, runner and coffee lover.***
Lisa began her career as a sell side analyst, covering fitness and leisure companies. Later moving to investor relations and then finally strategy and business development for Cedar Fair, Lisa developed expertise in business planning, optimization, public/private partnership, modeling, M&A and real estate development. Coming full circle, Lake Erie Adventure Company is a culmination of Lisa's personal and professional passions and has been a dream for many years.

Justin Brady
***Outnumbered girl dad, DIY expert, avid fisherman and water enthusiast.***
Justin is a hospitality executive with a proven track record of turning any business into an award-winning destination hot spot. With over 20-year experience operating resorts, restaurants, retail shops and vacation rentals; he still craves the adrenaline rush and challenge that come with the territory of developing a world-class team and delivering the best possible guest experience in any business type. In recent years, Justin has expanded his purview of responsibilities to new construction, renovation, procurement, overall project management and making all of Lisa and the girls dreams come true!

Our passion extends to our deep commitment to the environment!

A portion of the proceeds from each of our kayak tours will be give back to the metro parks and organizations which care for our parks and shores and all. We strive every day to reduce our impact on the environment, reducing and eliminating the use of single use plastics, utilizing greener alternatives for cleaning and landscaping and educating all of our visitors about the importance of our fragile lake ecosystem.
